My name is Keith Garrett and I hope that you enjoy my work.
I have been into photography for many years but only recently, at the urging of my two sons and their families, decided to attempt to do it professionally.
I live here in Jacksonville but was born and raised in the Pittsburgh area and have since moved to many different locations. Of the many places that I have traveled I believe that Africa has been my favorite. I have always tried to capture the experiences that I have had on film and now digitally.
I am still learning to use a camera, my eyes and my mind to translate what is in front of me to what you see in my work. I don’t believe that I will ever be able to stop learning how to take quality photographs. There is always something new that others in this field can teach me and I am eager to learn from them.
