All proceeds from sales made on this site go directly to Florida Waters Environmental Advocacy Inc., a nonprofit organization founded in 2009 to respond to weakening environmental regulation and a failure of our government to provide the accessibility and openness it promises. The organization provides public interest legal representation on environmental and public accountability issues to members of the public, community organizations, environmental groups, governments, and agencies. We also seek to assist governments in policy development and with legal advice on environmental issues. Florida Waters brings suits under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), the Clean Water Act (CWA), the Clean Air Act (CAA), the Open Meeting Act (OMA), and other statutes to protect the environment, reform water law, and promote green climate change or global warming policy.
