Most classes are taught by our head instructor Joe D'Arce, a Renzo Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt who has competed at the highest levels of grappling and MMA. His passion for the sport has driven us all forward and on his behalf we welcome you to come down and experience a class for yourself. The school is conveniently located off of the Sagtikos Pkwy in Suffolk County NY in Long Island.
