Between 1990 and 2000 My companies sold more than 4000 Investment properties. Although some have done better than others, on the average they have all doubled in Value over 10 years or so.
I am truly sorry for those that sold and missed out on the profits.
I have searched most of the properties and it is interesting to see that if properties were sold at a loss, most were usually resold at a profit very quickly, some around $100,000 profit in under 12 months. Was this a real loss or Real Estate agents reselling your property at a profit, this has happened to me. You can sue the real estate agent if they did not disclose an associatted party was buying the property.
Anyway I would like to hear from anybody who bought from a property from one of these companies, and especially those that have held on to them or made a profit.
I am thinking of writing a book on How I robbed 4000 people and they made $500 Million. Because that is the increased value in the properties I sold.
Please email me and tell me what happened, and I am very happy to search your property and work out what it is worth now. We only ever told people to buy and hold, hopefully for 10 years or more. If you sold because of the media and their dodgy valuations, using inferior properties for comparisons, you should sue the media. I have evidence of the valuers revalueing properties lower for the media.
I would be happy to buy all the properties back at the prices we sold them for.
