JK & The Lost Boys | Street Lights & Avenues to be released May 4
JK & The Lost Boys is an Atlanta, GA-based band founded in 2009. With humble beginnings in Conyers, lead singer-songwriter, Justin Keller, and drummer, Casey Courter, formed the band for a high school charity show. After gaining popularity through numerous shows, they began recording their first EP ,Street Lights & Avenues, which will be released on May 4, and celebrated with an album release show at The Five Spot in Little Five Points. Studio producer, Jaz Dixon, went on to join the band, all of whom attend Georgia State University. While fairly new they have quickly grown a fan base in Atlanta, Athens, and Milledgeville, and plan on touring aggressively after the EP release to spread their music. With memorable pop choruses and hooks the band has drawn comparisons to Ben Harper, Corey Smith, Dave Matthews Band, Jack Johnson and John Butler Trio.
