We carefully isolate (contain) the affected area to prevent cross contamination. We remove moldy building materials such as drywall and baseboards for disposal. Salvagable materials will be cleaned and decontaminated. Negative air pressure and HEPA air scrubbers prevent mold spores from contaminating other areas. Environmental air sampling and building clearance for mold contamination insures sucessful remediation has been achived. A complete reconstruction department is available to replace building materials and return the property to preloss condition.
