As a sales expert, Alice Heiman has been helping companies increase sales since establishing Alice Heiman, LLC in 1997. As a sales process consultant, Alice delivers results by working with entrepreneurs and senior executives using her unique combination of experience in sales, sales management, process implementation and facilitation. She focuses on implementation, reinforcement and redesign of sales process, including acquisition, retention and growth of customers. Alice began developing her sales expertise at Miller Heiman, Inc. where she was responsible for training, coaching, and program quality. She’s been featured in Selling Power Magazine, Nevada Women Magazine and the Reno Gazette Journal, “People You Should Know”. Alice is very involved in her community and helping small businesses succeed. She was named Saleswoman of the Year by Professional Saleswomen of Nevada, Marketer of the Year by the Reno Tahoe American Marketing Association, is the recipient of the Sparks Chamber of Commerce Community Spirit Award and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Blue Ribbon Small Business Award. For the past 20 years she has spoken to conferences, chamber of commerce, and run training for salespeople and sales management throughout the country. Alice is quite simply, an instigator of business relationships.
