I know as well as anyone, that as we travel the path of life we sometimes get off track when it comes to our health and fitness. Careers, children, and social obligations pull us in directions that sometimes lead to the neglect of our best health. Common sense tells us that a strong, fit body will provide us with the rewarding functional life we desire and deserve. As a mother of three, I have been down the path where my functions have been limited. As I made small changes toward better choices in nutrition, my effort toward physical fitness and a positive attitude toward full body health, I have made great strides and continue to build upon them. As a Certified Personal Trainer, I am motivated and excited to share my health and fitness enthusiasm with my clients. I actively support their efforts toward their own functional health and fitness because each day is a New Day!
