Philosophy
Without a doubt, I love what I do. If I did not, I wouldn't be in this business. I have four college degrees (2 Bachelors, 2 Masters) and I've travelled the world several times over and met interesting people and seen wonderful things. Most importantly, I love life and all it has to offer... photography is my means to express it!
In order to get the best pictures, it's important you feel comfortable and at ease. Creating a relaxed atmosphere begins by talking with you before the shoot to understand what you would like to accomplish (in addition to great pictures), plus I get a feel for your personality. You will quickly see the raport is genuine. I shoot a wide range of subjects, but excel particularly at weddings, engagements, and portraits (especially children).
Style
My approach is more of an unobtrusive photo-journalist style. Even though I can pose you for traditional portraits, I prefer letting your personality come out in our session. With a candid style approach, I'm looking to capture "you". Those are the moments I shoot for, the ones to immortalize.
My Portfolio
This is a sample of my work. In everything I shoot, it's about capturing the personality of my subject.
Family - Family portraits with a candid style. This includes children, infants, and bumps.
Friends - Capturing important, playful, and candid moments during birthday parties, private parties, Bar Mitzvahs, corporate events, and other various functions.
Life - Shots of everyday life around me.
Love - These include couples, engagements, bridals, and weddings.
Self - Portraits and headshots of individuals. Available for modeling, portfolios, corporate portraits, senior pictures, loved ones, keepsakes, and even just for fun.
Workflow
My work does not stop when i'm finished shooting. I analyze each shot for content, framing, and color. I present my clients with the best pictures and allow them to proof the work and select their favorites. The client then decides on the sizes and number of prints; after which, I send it to a quality print lab for processing.
