Since August 2002 he has been accreditted the title after having paased the staedy performance track of handling incentive groups where those leading international corporates nominated him for this position where this nomination has to be sponsored by an existing SITE member in the region where Elia was operating his incentive. In addition the final decision to grant this professional membership was subject to the SITE committee basing its decsion on the live exam, referrals, sponsors opinions as well as the individual performance track. Membership ID : 953400 Since 2002 Elia Timani was also involved with the world leading conference, convention and congress organisation ICCA based in Amsterdam – Holland. Proper and constant training of the latest means to handle specialized conferences catering to their specific needs and requirements aiming at the outcome. Also more efforts was given to the congresses where training on certain programs as well as following standard operational procedures which play a major role in getting huge events more controllable with a manner of simplifying the operation to make sure all the different variables are at hand.
