One-Way Counseling Services, LLC offers a unique combination of premier Intensive In-Home and community-based services to Virginia. We believe that by employing competent and well-educated staff and providing them with organized and responsive management, we can become the Intensive In-Home/community-based service agency of choice in Virginia. Mission/Goals: Our values are simple. One-Way Counseling Services, LLC strives to offer excellent and affordable Intensive In-Home and community-based services to individuals and families of Virginia. Our service not only focuses on the child but the family as well. This service serves as a foundation for families to build stronger bonds by improving the child’s behavior in the home to ensure the child isn’t placed out of the home and into a residential facility or foster care, detention centers or jail. It is our goal to enlighten, excite, and educate our youth and families on the importance of family togetherness as well as decrease gang violence, crime rates, drug abuse, teen pregnancy, divorce rates, while increasing self esteem, teen identity and adding structure to the community. We hope to do this by employing competent, caring, and well-trained individuals who are responsive to the needs of our clients, their families, and the communities we serve. Each staff member will meet the State of Virginia educational and training requirements for the services they provide. We encourage and support continued education of each service provider. In turn, our agency will provide staff with competitive compensation, an inviting work environment, and knowledgeable, trustworthy management and direction.
