U.S.-CREST official website, U.S.-CREST is a private, non-profit public policy research institute incorporated in 1989 and specialized in transatlantic defense and aerospace matters.
U.S.-CRESTs mission is to promote public understanding of the far reaching interactions between international relations, defense, trade, science and technology.
U.S.-CRESTs central goal is to provide an informed and analyzed European viewpoint in the United States as well as an informed and analyzed American viewpoint in Europe.
U.S.-CRESTs interests lie above all in fostering a broad and constructive transatlantic dialogue addressing economic, political, security and aerospace issues of common concern to the United States and Europe.

U.S.-CREST seeks to actively cooperate with other think tanks involved in transatlantic defense and security both in Washington and in Europe such as the Fondation pour la Recherche Stratégique (FRS) in France and the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) in the United-Kingdom.
U.S.-CREST is funded by French and American governments as well as tax-deductible contributions from both U.S. and European foundations, corporations and individuals.
