The students will place the order for the T shirts on a bulk basis and the price will be bargained to a great extent. Mostly a month before the function, the T shirts have to be given order and the T shirts must reach the function place before 2 days for the function or well in advance. Most of the times, the company sponsoring the T shirts will give the money after the function is over and might take some months to get the check from the company. Earlier the students will put their own money to get the event jacket.
