Over 8 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and a strong passion for helping people maintain a healthier lifestyle! Our knowledge about fitness and training led others to seek his advice well before he became a trainer. Since high school, he has been actively involved in personal training, starting out as an assistant in weight training class in 2001. He was also a certified water safety instructor and lifeguard for over 5 years. These experiences strengthened his coaching abilities and showed him how much he enjoyed helping other people.
With currently over 2000 sessions under his belt, Jared has built a desirable reputation in San Diego. He is certified through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and National Counsel of Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT) as well as CPR and AED certified. In 2008, he was nominated for Personal Trainer of the Year by LA FITNESS and placed 2nd.
Jared incorporates cross training, olympic lifts, and strength and conditioning exercises into his customized work out plans. His multifaceted training style appeals to all ages and fitness levels and he continues to find new and challenging work outs for his clients. =0
