The students and instructors are there to push you and prepare you for any tournament you have coming up whether it be a grappling tournament,an MMA match, or you just want to get in shape. Our friendly atmosphere combined with the challenging nature of this growing sport is what allows us to do so well in all our matches. Most classes are taught by our head instructor Joe D'Arce, a Renzo Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt who has competed at the highest levels of grappling and MMA. His passion for the sport has driven us all forward and on his behalf we welcome you to come down and experience a class for yourself. The school is conveniently located off of the Sagtikos Pkwy in Suffolk County NY in Long Island.
