julie partansky June 29,1947 - January 9, 2009 one of the most unique, creative, playful people i have ever known. she walked her talk, and followed a truly authentic path - julie was completely julie. she had a vision of what was right, and stuck to it, clearing a path for others to follow. a musician, artist, and a lover of simple things, of questions, of frogs, fairies and of stars. i will miss her spirit so... one of our last conversations ended with "hey amy, you need to go over by the barn on 7th street, there's a mocking bird up there ribbiting like a frog!!" i did, and there was (really), and of course julie was the person who noticed it..... there are many things i do not look at the same because of you, ms julie, and i am glad for those gifts...thank you farewell, and blessings dear one - i imagine that now you have the answer to one of your famous questions "why do we have physical bodies??" much love, and light, and fun, and more singing please, aa (photo credit: lynnly labovitz - 1979 Whole Earth Festival, Davis CA www.lynnly.com) **note - i do believe lynnly took this shot, if someone knows different - please do let me know...aa
