Cook & Chemist geeft cursussen en advies op het gebied van de moleculaire gastronomie. Deze wetenschap bestudeert keukenprocessen vanuit een natuur- en scheikundige achtergrond met als doel de gastronomie te bevorderen. In de praktijk wordt hiervoor de term moleculair koken gebruikt. Doelgroep van onze cursussen zijn koks, culinaire redacteurs, restaurateurs, kookdocenten en ervaren hobbykoks. In de cursussen ontmaskeren we vele keukenfabeltjes en geven we inzicht in de chemie van het koken. Het resultaat is zelfverzekerder koken en innovatie van je culinaire repertoire.
