Robert Jones - Fine Art Photography
bio – robert jones
Robert became interested in photography when his father presented him with a Kodak Instamatic 100 camera. His interest continued to grow during high school and college. During college, one of his part time jobs was as the Drama and Dance photographer. After college, advanced degree studies limited his time for photography, but once time permitted, image productivity increased. His favorite subjects are landscapes, still-lifes and natural abstracts. Robert's images are displayed in private collections in the US, Europe and Japan.
He gratefully acknowledges the influence by such photographers as Ansel Adams, Brett Weston, Eliot Porter, Jack Dykinga, and Shinzo Maeda. To those who have encouraged him, he gives his thanks and blessing.
We hope you realize as much excitement when viewing these images as he had when photographing them, and appreciate and give thanks to the Lord, who created everything about us. Robert attends Calvary Chapel in Costa Mesa, California.
