Renovations to their main dining room were completed on Friday 22nd October and Chris's contemporary landscape oil paintings are now on prominent display.

Born in Kilcumin, Killarney, Co. Kerry in 1938 to Elizabeth Falvey and Michael Hayes. Michael Hayes died on the 17 June 2010; the husband of Theresa Hayes and the father of 8 children: Michael, Maria, Johnny, Anna-Marie (RIP), Patrick, Lisa, Liam & Robert Hayes. He lived in 91 ferrycarrick Road, Coolock, Dublin 17, 6 Sandyhill gardens Ballymun Dublin 17 and Ardeevin House Swords Dublin 11. He also lived with his niece and her family: Maura & John-Joe (RIP) Lyon in Kilcumin.
