Welcome to MarshLights Photography and Studio.
Growing up in the muddy marsh lands of Savannah, I remain captivated by the majestic ocean and the by ways of the silent coastal waterways. Stretching my imagination toward the lonely lighthouse keeper during a raging storm, I believed that MarshLights brings the romantic and surreal feelings I try to convey in my photographs.
Photography has always been more than "taking pictures". The ability to capture the essence of the moment as well as capturing life as it happens, not as it is staged. From the busy insects that adorn the passive, yet striking, flower to the gulls managing the tide, life moves rapidly. My goal is to capture the dynamics of life as it happens and allow you, the consumer, to transform your time into this life.
My photographs are God's art, as seen through my eye and your imagination. Come, escape and live. But most of all, I hope you enjoy.
