Our Transactional Insurance products can bridge the gap between negotiating parties with insurance for financial exposures associated with many business or legal contingencies that prevent the completion of a transaction for reasons that include:

identified, in a target company after the completion date, in many instances replacing the need for a tax covenant that would typically respond to such
unexpected tax liabilities.
* InterpretationGap® Tax Insurance which insures against the financial impact of a successful challenge by a taxing authority to a tax position taken in
connection with a legitimate business transaction.
* LiquidationGap® Insurance for Private Investment Funds which insures a private equity fund that has been terminated or will be liquidated and its
