Ikouson
The idea is simple Greek audio books. There are many thousands of English titles. Most popular books come out in Audio as well.
The primary source of these books is iTunes as well as audible.com
We intend to fill that gap. The company will be called "Ikouson Audio books"

The idea is as follows:
The books would be sold through iTunes and Audible.com
Then we need to promote the service to Greece and any other potential markets. So we will have advertising.
$200 buys in a share into our company. This means that you get an equal share of all the profits. (In the future, if successful, the buy in will be equivalent to 10% of previous years profit, so hopefully buying a share will become more and more expensive)
For every Audio book published,
50% goes to the reader,
10% goes to the checker, the proof-listener
20% goes to the editor and
30% goes to the company.
The reader can be the editor as well, but preferably not.
How do you incur income ?
You can incur income by being a share holder, or by authoring a book or by proofing an audiobook book.
The income to the checker and the author will be ongoing if the book is successful.
The income to the share holder will be ongoing so long as the Ippos Audio books is successful.
Authoring, or checking a book is an ongoing responsibility, if a customer finds an error, the reader is obligated to reread that chapter, and the checker to recheck it.
You don't have to be a share holder to record a book or a checker, although the checker has to be allocated by Ippos.
All share holders will have full access to all cash flow details.
From the technical side, the equipment will not be that expensive, and will be covered by the cost of buying in.
