Maine is Cool
David Jordan is a 10th generation Mainer, that uses photography to share his perspective on life, his memories, and his passion for his home state. David worked odd jobs beginning at age 10 to save up money to buy his first camera, a 35mm Pentax K1000. Over the next 30 years he has traversed the state at every opportunity, capturing the landscapes and seascapes of Maine, and its abundance of flora and fauna . Images from Baxter and Pamola peaks, towering atop the majestic Mount Katahdin to the bubbling streams and waterfalls hidden away in the Western Mountains. From the islands of Casco Bay, up the coast to Popham, Camden, Mt Desert, and wondrous Schoodic Peninsula.
