Welcome to the Martial Arts Center for Personal Development
The Martial Arts Center for Personal Development is more than just a karate school. Our style of Bagua Chung contains whole systems of martial arts: Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi, Bagua (or Pakua), Kung Fu, Aikido, Hapkido, Ju Jit Su, and 18 weapons. As the south shore's premier martial arts school voted the best by Asain World of Martial Arts (AWMA), We have been teaching true mixed martial arts (MMA) to adults for over 25 years. Our youngest students are 2.5 years old and our oldest student is 84 years old. You are never too young or too old to begin training at the Martial Arts Center.
