NogginPower² is dedicated to finding and providing the best knowledge available on how to raise healthy young people into happy, productive adults, putting family above all else. It is our mission to provide parents and teachers with resources that are easy to use. Among other things, we concentrate on healthy lifestyle, education, physical activity, self-image, behavioral issues, nutrition, and making fitness fun. A healthy, successful lifestyle is multidimensional and not isolated from the whole that defines who we are. Our information and programs are primarily focused on parents and families, but youth will benefit directly from our outreach as well. We will provide programs, intervention and outreach directly to youth, parents, schools and other institutions/agencies helping youth. Dr. Mayer is the chief clinical consultant to NogginPower². Dr. Mayer has been a practicing clinical psychologist for over 25 years, he received his doctorate in clinical psychology from Northwestern University Medical School. He is the author of over 13 non-fiction books, most on family issues and/or problems in teenagers and children. His most recent book: Family Fit, Find Your Balance, contains actionable advice for parents and teachers alike.
