National Instructional Media Institute (NIMI) was established by the Government of India under the Ministry of Labour with the assistance of Deutsche Gesellschaft Fur Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) acting as the executing agency on behalf of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany.
