The Hollywood Restaurant was opened in 1933 by Dan & Rose Cecora. Their two daughters Bridget & Margaret helped them with the daily business. It was one the first restaurants opened in the area. The original liquor license dated: April 12, 1933 is hanging on the wall in the dining room along with other pictures of when the restaurant first started. Joe & Bridget Colella took over in 1966 for the 2nd generation. Renovating inside and out. Sending 3 of their 5 children to The Culinary Institute of America. The youngest Joe Jr. is now the 3rd generation family member carrying on the tradition
