A vendégházban három 2 ágyas szoba található, valamint jól felszerelt konyha, kandallóval fűtött nappali és fedett terasz. A kifogott halat a szabadtéri tűzrakóhelyen számos módon elkészítheti, miközben a gyerekek az udvari játszótéren szórakozhatnak. A házhoz csónak, stég és kajak is tartozik.
