To provide a warm, loving and nurturing environment for children of incarcerated parents a base from which they are able to go on in life with as little emotional damage as possible.
To give the children whose parents are incarcerated a place of residence from the past, to instill in them a future not based on past issues.
To provide them with a positive future of hope to enhance their lifestyle, and to help them develop a better relationship with their parents, family and society with a positive attitude.
