Spaven Mor 5 Street An Garrow St.Ives Cornwall - This pretty little cottage was owned by one of the towns fishermen - on good days it was called Spaven Mor, and on bad days something else!! - A cosy self-contained cottage is conveniently located in the centre of St. Ives with all that the town has to offer. It is only moments’ walk to beaches, restaurants, cafes and shops. This is the ideal place for a couple who want to explore or just sit and watch the world go by along the busy little street through the half-opened stable door. 7 Church Place St. Ives Cornwall - Situated in an attractive, narrow street, about 50 yards from the harbour and a few minutes’ walk from Porthmeor Beach, this old fisherman’s cottage is built using ballast bricks from ships which used to call into St. Ives to collect tin.
St. Ives offers superb sandy beaches, ideal for swimming and surfing (wind breaks and body boards are provided at the cottage), while for those wishing to explore further afield there is a coastal path in both directions and many beautiful coves, headlands and landmarks such as Cape Cornwall, Lands End, Sennen Cove, St. Michael’s Mount, all within easy driving distance.
