In December 1996, Al-Sadiq Trust was formed with a view to making the place an enlightened and forward looking organ dedicated to service of humanity.
The trust was got registered in 1996, with the government of Pakistan, according to a “TRUST NEED”. Thus an institutionalized system came into being to take over the responsibilities for the construction and management of this huge complex. Ayatullah Mohsini (Afghanistan) laid the foundation stone for the construction of this complex on 13 December 1996 (Friday)/
