The Fly's in-house Sound System (Feb 06) has:
- a 4000 Watt FOH with 3 flown Meyer UPA's and 2
stacked Meyer 218's per side
- 4 sends of monitors with 3 pairs of Audex 115/1"
concert wedges and one EV Mongoose 215/2 drumfill
- a Soundcraft 8000 mixing console (32ch, 8 aux
sends)
- 17 mics, 4 DI's (5 58's, 8 57's, 1 JTS B52, 3
Oktava cond)
- a Lexicon MPX500 MultiFX and a Yamaha D1500 DDL
- 24 lines from the stage, 4 lines to the stage
- FOH driven from a BSS stereo Opal EQ and two DBX
160 compressors
- monitors driven by 4 channels of White and BSS EQ
- CD/Cass/DVD players
Monitors are generally run from the FOH desk, stagebox
has mon split facility, max soundlevel is 100dB SPL
A-weighted.
Load-in is through the double doors on the ocean side
of the building, off Parry St.
