Capitol Nannies is a professional nanny referral agency.  We do not employ the nannies, they are employed by our clients and paid directly by the client. A permanent nanny is someone who is hired for at least one year on a full-time or part-time basis. This service is ideal for families who require consistent care for a long period of time. The nanny is hired by the client and paid directly by the client. Permanent nanny salaries begin at $400  and up /weekly for full-time and $10-$15/ hourly for part-time.

  The fees for our permanent service include:

A $250 one-time, non-refundable registration fee. This fee covers our initial expenses of recruiting for the assignment.

A placement fee of either 10% of the nanny's gross annual salary ($1500 minimum for full-time and $700 minimum for part-time) or $85 per month for part-time and $125 per month for full-time.
