Through education, exhibition, artist residencies, and community building, we are dedicated to supporting new voices, ideas, and practices in contemporary art. CAD seeks to serve the real-world needs of young artists seeking to establish their personal practice, as well as provide a breeding ground of creative collaboration and exploration.

The Daniel Center - Raleigh, NC
The Daniel Center for Math and Science will open its doors in Southeast Raleigh in the summer/fall of 2010. The purpose of the Daniel Center is to provide improved math, science, and technology education opportunities that narrow the education disparity for at-risk and economically disadvantaged students. Furthermore, to prepare and motivate young people to pursue a post-high school education through proven tutoring methods within the framework of safe, effective and fun childcare programs. This program will be open to elementary and middle school students who meet the academic and household income requirements. Space is limited.
