To reduce if not eradicate the antagonistic relationship between Civil Society and Law Enforcement agencies and encourage partnership problem solving approach in crime prevention and control as well as promoting respect for Human Rights, rule of law, campaign against all forms of corruption , Trafficking in Drugs and Person and Peaceful co-existence in Nigeria. For us, the greatest challenge to effective crime prevention and control for safer and secured neighborhood in Nigeria is to locate the development agenda within a democratic platform that reflects the organic between policing and economy, and between fundamental freedoms and socio-economic opportunities. This therefore is our vision. Our goal is to serve as the leading catalyst in the value re-orientation of the Nigerian citizens into an integrated, security conscious, economic vibrant and democratically governed community that guaranteed proactive, holistic and pragmatic policing and security to its population and capable of a sustainable conflict management strategies.
