is a former Isle of Man Data Protection Registrar.

(i) assessment of your data protection system, using the UK Information Commissioner's audit;
(ii) the prepparation of contracts for the purposes of:
(a) processing carried out by a 'data processor', previously called a 'computer bureau';
(b) ther export of personal data to a country outside the EEA, and which has not been judged to have an adequate level of p[rotection;
(iii) preparation of internal data protection policies, privacy policies and privacy statementsd;
(iv) training of front-line staff,and specialist presentations to executives;
(v) detaied consideration of fair obtaining of personal data and its use.
