Registered Nurse:
Provide health assessment, patient treatments, teaching and quality nursing care.
Home Health Aides:
Under the direction of the registered nurse provide personal care to our patients as well as light house- keeping.
Physical Therapists:
Assist patients to improve ambulation, balance and achieve a maximum level of functioning.
Occupational Therapists:
Assist our patients to achieve a maximum level of functioning in regards to activities of daily living to ensure maximum independence at home.
Speech Therapists:
Ensure patients improve their communication difficulties as well as swallowing difficulties.
Medical Social Worker:
Help the patient and family resolve emotional or financial concerns and provide a connection to community resources.
