Odessa PA was formed to assist new foreign companies and individuals arriving and starting out in Odessa.  The services we offer to foreign organisations and individuals are based on our own experiences of starting out here 6 years ago.

We will take you, start to finish through setting up a business, finding property to rent or buy, utility payments, tax registration, work permits, telephones, internet, accountants, book keepers and staffing solutions, amongst many services we can offer for the foreign business client or individual, all in English.

Our excellent connections within the City Administration insure the smoothest ride possible through the administrative hurdles that lay ahead of you.

For the individual or the corporation we offer a complete survivors guide through our fluent English speaking staff.
