Palleroni Leite Design Partnership is… the convergence of architectural practice and teaching with an ultimate goal of social responsibility. Our work stresses uniquely collaborative design solutions aligned with needs of our client while sensitive to the larger human and environmental context, acknowledging the lasting implications of built interventions. Now based in Portland, Oregon, the firm has worked both regionally and globally for more than a decade. Our two partners bring different backgrounds to the firm, reflected in the wide range and scale of projects for which the firm has become internationally recognized; from custom metal detailing, groundbreaking ecological homes, to sustainable community and urban design. Our work grows from the land and the people we engage with in each project. The exploration of this relationship has allowed us to appreciate the varied ways in which architecture can enrich the lives of individuals and communities. Working in many continents and landscapes with clients from all walks of life has strengthened our belief in the power of culture, craft, materials and design to affect change and make more vibrant and livable environments.
