Spiritual Source Training – For most of us all that we rely on is the physical when it comes to defending ourselves. This can be quite intimidating and disadvantageous if you are not physically where you need to be to defend yourself. The fact of the matter is that we cannot count on only our physical being to draw our greatest strength from and this is why we emphasize sourcing from a much deeper place to harness our core strength. Physical Training – Like anything in life, if we would like to accomplish a task with our body, it has to be trained. Proper training is a vital element to the process so that the body knows its job in order to execute a goal when demanded. Emotional Guidance Training – We all have the same emotions within us. Although some of us are more in touch with certain ones as opposed to others, we all have the power to choose what we’d like to access at any given time. Often times our Emotions can get the best of us and we’re put in the back seat to our emotions while they drive the situation. We intervene this process by engaging the client on an emotional level as well so they can put themselves back in the drivers seat instead of their emotions dictating their actions. Exercising control over one’s emotions allow for the individual to be able to use them to their own advantage for optimal safety in any given situation. Mental Toughness Training – Understanding purpose on why and how something works is key to creating success. Different people learn and absorb data in a multitude of ways and therefore a variety of learning aids are used to deliver the information. Understanding this concept and when used in conjunction with the other core principles of S.P.E.M. Combat training gives the client an edge when it comes to engaging with life’s circumstances.
