Medley ~ Vibrant Light Roast ~ We combine the well-balanced
flavors of rich Guatemalan and lively Peruvian varieties to produce a light bodied blend that is vibrant and full of rich flavor with low acidity and sparkling, fragrant notes. We hand-roast Medley and all of our blends to order, literally a pound at a time for each customer.
Appalachia ~ Medium Roast. We combine vibrant Tanzanian with smooth Sumatra, creating a superbly aromatic blend that shines with lively acidity and overtones of spice. You'll want to linger over this coffee all day. Our Appalachia blend benefits Appalachian Voices, a non-profit working to solve the environmental issues impacting the Appalachia region.
Canopy ~ Rich Dark Roast. Combines smooth Sumatra with the well-balanced flavors of lively Peruvian & vibrant Guatemalan. Deep roasted to perfection, creating a full-bodied brew with chocolate overtones the complex range of flavors in our most popular blend. We roast Canopy and every pound of Blue Smoke using renewable energy.
Crossroads ~ Espresso Roast. Rich Bolivian and lively Peruvian beans are espresso roasted to produce an awesome crema, a stout, rich body and a thick, creamy consistency enveloping a tangy core of coffee essence. Our Crossroads blend is bold, like our commitment to donate 5% of our Sales to environmental and humanitarian causes.
Creekside ~ 100% Natural Decaf. Rich Peruvian beans create a beautifully fragrant and smooth coffee filled with flavor without the caffeine. The fragrant nuances are retained because our beans are naturally decaffeinated using the chemical-free SWISS WATER® process. Have pleasant dreams knowing all of our blends are Organic, Fair Trade, & Shade Grown.
Tremont ~ Lively Medium Roast. This very special blend combines rich Peruvian "panachi" beans with lively Dominican "barohan" beans to create a rich, delicious, aromatic coffee. Our Tremont blend benefits Great Smoky Mountains Institute at Tremont, a non-profit who's mission is connecting people with nature in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
LeConte ~ Smooth Dark Roast. Guatemalan "Nahuala" and Peruvian "Penachi" beans give this blend a wonderful fresh richness, with a smooth, medium body that is well-rounded and finishes with a bright clean aftertaste. Our LeConte blend benefits Friends of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, working to preserve and protect a national treasure.
French Broad ~Medium Roast. Peruvian and Mexican Café Femenino beans create a luxuriously smooth, rich coffee that is full of complex flavors with light notes of spice. Our French Broad blend benefits RiverLink, the French Broad River keeper, a non-profit spearheading the revitalization of the French Broad River and its tributaries.
