With the launch of thebigthinK12, K12 is creating new connections in a big way. We're providing a safe haven online where students, parents, and teachers can gather to share information, exchange ideas, and find out what's new in their communities. This new social networking tool provides, among other things, resources for parents, as well as message boards, news feeds, blogs, and polls for students, all in a closed environment where only K12 users can access them. Only K12 students, teachers, administrators, and parents with a valid school ID can gain access to thebigthinK12. In doing so, students can express their thoughts, obtain support and have fun.
