In 1996 Sean Taber, AKA DJ Freaky Fizzle, discovered a style of music that was unlike anything he had previously heard. A descendant of Disco and a product of the Chicago underground dance scene, this music was called House. Though his initial introduction was through LA based radio station Power 106, it was tracks like The Bucketheads 'The Bomb!' and DJ Sneak's 'You Can't Hide From Your Bud' that would make him a fan for life.Freaky Fizzle's signature sound can be best described as 'groovin' soul'. Rooted in House, his sets meticulously interweave tracks together in an effort to lift the spirits of the crowd while maintaining the positive energy of the dance floor. And should the vibe of the party call for it, he is not afraid to drop in Disco anthems, classic Soul records, and traditional Latin rhythms in order to keep the party jumping.As 2011 gets underway, DJ Freaky Fizzle looks forward to the opportunity to continue sharing his passion for House music with the world.
