Appreciate the Little things in Life is a common phrase, and though I tend to agree I do have a question to raise: Why do we address these things as „small“ or „little“ ones – What is So small in sunrise, waves reaching shore, hot shower, cold ice-cream, laughing so hard your face hurts, bird flying, feeling breeze on your face, swinging on swing, seeing smiles and hearing laughter from your friends, having someone tell you that you’re beautiful, tender touch, warm milk in winter night, hugging, a baby smile…Aren`t these the biggest gifts of all? Who and why called them „little ones“. I am claiming them to be „extraordinary miracles“. Let us not taking them for granted. Why not start appreciating them for what they really are – reminders of how great life truely is. `Cause the most gloriuos things of all are so-so-simple.
