Het gezonde (anarchistische) uitgangspunt van de bende is: vooral NIET doen zoals de anderen.
Vastberaden om zich niet te laten inkapselen in een welbepaalde stijl, brengen ze zowel strakke pop, stevige rock, opzwepende wereldmuziek uit alle windstreken, stomende funk, groovey jazzstandaards , telkens met een heel eigen sound.
Vandaar, LOS ZAPEROS, zij zappen van het ene muziekgenre naar het andere!
De combinatie van diverse blaasinstrumenten zoals klarinet, fluit, sax, trompet, trombone, bariton doet onwillekeurig denken aan de dorpsfanfare, maar meng hierbij een stevige basgitaar, enkele te gekke percussionisten en een elektrische gitaar plus een muziekkeuze van allerhande stijl en je krijgt een totaal ander concept.
Neen, we zijn geen harmonieorkest, fanfare, streetband noch big-band, wij zijn simpelweg LOS ZAPEROS.
Van festival tot wijkfeest, van braderie tot dorpsfeest, van privfeest tot festival, LOS ZAPEROS staan garant voor de juiste muzikale sfeer.
