Ashley and Co - The New Old
Ashley and Co is a New Zealand boutique home fragrance company. The undertaking to redefine Home fragrance led to the reinterpretation of European designed fragrance diffusers. Popular in the US, the diffusers use reed sticks as a simple wicking device to release aromas from a bottle of fragrance oils. To differentiate their product from similar products overseas, Ben and Jackie Ashley worked as a creative duo to create dynamic packaging and a theme that could transcend in to other Home fragrance products. Using a vintage wallpaper theme throughout their range, the fragrance name and patterns is used to affirm each of their signature scents. With names like Bubbles & Polkadots, Blossom and Gilt and Vine & Paisley, their product range includes their signature product Home Perfume (fragrance diffuser), Paper (scented paper) and Wash Up (lightly scented hand wash).
