To enable women, especially African American women in mid-life (40-70), to improve their emotional, physical and spiritual health through lifestyle changes and thus reduce premature and preventable deaths. To create a revolutionary change in knowledge, attitude and behavior through targeted knowledge, strategies and motivational approaches to improve health outcomes. This will be accomplished through the provision of published information, lectures, workshops, and the development of Prime Time Sister Circles. The Center is a non-profit service organization that provides information, materials, workshops, expertise, and personal/professional health development programs, which are customized to meet the needs of individuals, families, companies, organizations and communities.
