The Mt. Carbon PTA is sponsoring the 2nd annual Miles for Miners Fun Run and Festival May 15, 2011 from 1:00 - 4:00. Join us for a 1 mile or 5k run/walk and a festival with arts and crafts for sale, jump castles, DJ, face painting and food vendors! The event raises funds to support our students by providing them with much needed equipment such as Smart Boards, computers and digital cameras. Our goal is to raise $20,000 for technology this year. YOUR participation in our event will help bring us that much closer to our goal.
