While an online video strongly suggests a policeman rather violently attacked from behind a citizen who was walking away from the police line with his hands in his pockets, PC Harwood declares in court he gave 'a very poor push'. Now let's see, PC Harwood has the jaw and the shoulders of a bouncer, if a man like that were to give a 'very poor push' with his right hand -you can see it on the elbow of the victim in the video, how come then that Harwood ends up flexed through his knees with his upper body nearly 90% rotated, his left (!) shoulder in front, as you can see in the video still. Because that would be your body position after taking a forcefull swing at someone with your left hand... the hand that you can see returning holding the baton in the video. We can't ask Mr. Tomlinson his version of what happened, he died 10 minutes after this incident. It took three postmortems to conclude his death was due to a blunt force trauma.
