The Institute of Soteric Counseling - Home
The Institute of Soteric Counseling was established to train and certify those who wish to serve in the Christian counseling field. The Institute, headquartered in Willis, Texas, will work with pastors, ministers, and lay leaders who are interested in developing their skills in counseling from the principles of Scripture. Soteric counseling is based on the inerrancy, authority, and sufficiency of the Word of God. Jesus Christ is recognized as the ultimate Counselor and ourselves as merely His human agents. Soteric counseling encourages Christ-centered, Holy Spirit empowered living, and the practical application of biblical truths with the goal of spiritual maturity, fruitfulness, and wholeness. Soteric counselors minister at the human level while the Spirit works inside the soul to accomplish healing and deliverance.
